On the last Saturday of our Oklahoma Vacation, we went to the McCloud Blackberry Festival. On our way home, we used that opportunity to see if we could locate some more cabooses. AT&SF 999211 was one of the three we found.

Chickasha, Oklahoma
On our way back home from visiting Lawton, Fort Sill and the Wichita Mountains, we found BN 12097 on our way through Chickasha. Unfortunately, the museum where it is located was not open, which is a shame.
-
Medicine Park, Oklahoma
BN 10118 was a caboose we found as we were driving from Medicine Park to the Wichita Mountains. It looks like it was a restaurant at one time, but we could not tell if it was still open.

Watonga, Oklahoma
Traci and I found AT&L 1917 as we were headed home to Oklahoma City after a long day of driving and seeing the sights. We had been to Watonga before, but at that time we were not looking for cabooses!

Waynoka, Oklahoma
Question: What is the last thing you would expect to be associated with a caboose. Answer: A gorilla!

Freedom, Oklahoma
We passed through Freedom, Oklahoma on our way from Alabaster Caverns to the Little Sahara State Park, and I am so glad we did. Not only did we find AT&SF 999701, we also met a super nice lady who gave us free prints of a mural from town, signed by the artist!
